Sofia-Jeanne Caring

Organizational Psychologist

She stood there, one foot in front of the other, getting ready to dismount the balance beam, a bead of sweat forming on her brow.

That was probably the first time Sofia-Jeanne encountered the power and potential of mastering psychology. Allowing her mind to cave in to doubt could ruin her dismount. A serious flutter in her concentration could spell injury, but a steady focus, and an appreciation of her craft could bring her and her team to victory!

Sofia-Jeanne has spent thousands of hours practicing and teaching meditation and mindfulness. She has a deep interest and understanding of what enables individuals and organizations to learn and change in a profound and long-lasting way. This form of transformational learning is perhaps our best chance at laying foundations for pursuing the most innovative results.

Sofia-Jeanne holds a master's degree in organizational psychology from Columbia University, has spent her career in transformational learning, leadership development, group facilitation, and workshop design. Her particular pursuit is bridging the necessary changes at the organizational level with the inner work required at the individual level to create workplaces where people and business thrive.

When she's not immersed in cultivating organizational and individual change, she's likely surrounded by trees and grass reading a good book or tending to her vegetables.
